1 kgs porks legs(cut medium size)
7-8 medium sized onions (finely cut)
10-15 green chillies
6-7 big tomatoes
Ginger/Garlic paste(1 tablespoon)
Turmeric powder.
Ajinomoto (for taste)
Salt
Red Chilli Power (2 table spoon)
Soya Bean Sauce
Soya bean oil (3/4 table spoon)
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
METHOD:
Heat pressure cooker and put some oil. After 2-3 minutes when the oil gets heated, put the chillies and onions together and stir fry for another 5-8 minutes. Put the garlic/ginger paste and stir fry for another 5 minutes. Now put the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes, some salt along with the porks legs and stir fry for 10 minutes. Put 2 cups of water and cook it under pressure for half an hour. As the porks legs are quite hard, in order to make it soft and tender we need to check time and again as sometimes even half an hour pressure cooking might just not be enough. When this done put some soyabean sauce, a pinch of ajinomoto and blend it well.
Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice though I would opt for TEA MOMO with the porks leg, YUMMM yummmmm..
