Qualifications: (i) M. Sc. in Chemistry (specialization in inorganic/physical chemistry) (ii) M. Sc. in Physics (specialization in electronics or solid state physics)/Electronic Science or equivalent with NET/GATE. (iii) B.E. or B. Tech in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.Desirable: 01 year experience in semiconducting materials processing and device fabrication or electronic circuit design and fabrication.
