Educational Requirement:
1) The candidates who fulfill the following eligibility conditions would be eligible for this Examination: (a) must be a citizen of India or he/she must belng to such category o f persons as may be, from time to time, be notified in this behalf by the Central Government ;
2) Have completed 05 years of continuous and actual service as Deputy Superintendent of Police in States under State Police Service or Assistant Commandants in Central Para Military Forces (Central Reserve Police Service, Border Security Force, Indo Tibet Border Police, Central Industrial Security Force and Sashastra Seema Bal) or Officers of the Rank of Captain or Major or equivalent in the Armed Forces.
Vacancies Details: : The number of vacancies to be filled on the result of the examination will be finalized later on in consultation with the Ministry of Home Affair.
