GTS to kick-off with nationwide campaign for GL
MIRIK.DEEP MILAN PRADHAN : Gorkhaland Task Force has announced for Nationwide Campaign for Gorkhaland from 1st February.  The basic aims of the campaign are to get support from Gorkhas residing all over the nation. “GTF will go first for North-East states and will march towards North India like Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Punjab” said GTF representative JB Rai to Sikkim Mail today.  GTF delegates shall be meet the CM’s, MP’s, MLA’s and associate Gorkha Community leaders of various states, he added.  “GTF will grab a huge support for Gorkhaland from all over the states and it will be fruitful for future too” said Rai.

GNLF Joint Committee formed

Mirik: GNLF Soureni Dipo Prasakha Samiti holds a meeting at JB Limbo resident today calling for the unification of all unit communities and to form Joint Committee.GS Pradhan a leader from Soureni Samisti told to Sikkim Mail that GNLF Joint Committee was formed.  The meeting discussed that there is a vast difference between the Sixth Schedule and GTA. The meeting opined that Sixth Schedule is the only ladder towards statehood.

MP’s, Ministers assures to solve the problem at the earliest

Mirik: All India SSB Volunteer Sangathan met Union Minister and MP’s to solve the various problems of volunteers last week. Organization President N Pradhan said that delegates lead by Chintu Sherpa met the Higher Concern Authorities of Government of India and staged Dharna at Jantar-Mantar premises. MP’s and Ministers have given an assurance to SSB Volunteer organization for solving the problem at the earliest.
