Rangpo | Sanjay Agarwal: First time CBI was entered by the blessing of Mr. b b gurung ,2nd time by Mr. sanchaman limbo and third times that means this time CBI is entered by the blessing of present leadership of ruling party .No one is authorised to blame me said Mr. N.B Bhandari ex chief minister cum SPCC president .He was coming back from siliguri after the two month long treatment and rest siliguri and was welcomed by party leaders named mr Lalit Sharma,Jagdish Cinturi,J.B Darnal ,ladies leaders cum party supporters at Rangpo.Mr Bhandari talking to this correspondent asked that four type of documents for Sikkim citizens and is going to disclose phase wise and needs public reaction regarding the documents .The party has not finalised to contest the forthcoming Panchayat election .Within very short period the state level party members and leaders meeting shall organise at Gangtok and shall decide regarding the issue.regurding direct tax issue he asked that during his tenure he was totally oppose the act and was not implemented but when this government was formed the act implemented .this direct tax act has totally violated the act of 371f.if congress government comes in power this act may abolished and withdrawn within 24 hours.
