Dr RB Bhujel accorded warm welcome in his constituency

Kalimpong|Mukesh Sharma: Sinji-Samalbong GJM Branch today organized a felicitation programme for the 42 no Relly Samthar constituency elected member Dr RB Bhujel under the Chairmanship of the former Principal of the Kalimpong College Kumar Chettri. Dr Bhujel who stepped for the first time in the constituency after winning the GTA election was accorded warm welcome by the public of the constituency. The Sinji-Samalbong GJM Branch General Secretary read out the appreciation letter being presented to Dr Bhujel. The appreciation letter was handed over to Dr Bhujel by Branch President Fem Laal Gurung.Dr Bhujel addressing the gathering said that the funds provided by the Government should be wisely and properly used for the overall development of the constituency. Roads connectivity to the rural places will be constructed and economic developments will pace up targeting to reduce the gap between the rural and the urban areas. He also urged the gathering to take up tourism, horticulture and animal husbandry as source of livelihood. He also assured of providing drinking water facilities, education, employment, electricity in his constituency. The programme was hosted by Kamal Sharma.
