GRNM- GJYM clash at Damber Chowk , Morcha leaders surrender,gets bail

All the accused named in the police comlaint lodged by Gorkhaland Rajya Nirman Morcha (GRNM) president Dawa Pakrin on charges of attacking his party supporters during its foundation day function monday surrendered before the court today.Among the accused named by Pakrin ,GTA Councillor Nima Tamang and Dawa Lepcha.GJYM kalimpong branch spokesmen Benay Ghising and morcha worker Amberdhoj Gurung surrendered before the ACJM Court today.Section 147,148,149,323,427,406 have been registered against them.They were later released on bail on security of Rs.300 each and have been summoned to appaer before the court on 27 Feb 2013.
