Changes to voter cards from Sept 2-23 in Kalimpong

Changes needed to be made to existing voter ID cards will be carried out from September 2 to 23 across all the 22 constituencies of Kalimpong. The changes, if any, are applicable to existing cards and also include registration of new voters, removal of deceased candidates and transfers.
