An
accident occurred Monday evening near the Darjeeling More area under
Pradhan Nagar Police station of Siliguri in which one person died.
Sources said the mishap occurred when a motorbike-borne man lost control and fell on the way of a moving truck killing him on the spot. Pradhan Nagar police personnel have retrieved the body but are yet to ascertain the person’s credentials.
The truck has been seized and the driver, Md Satraj (26), a resident of Bihar, arrested.(EOIC)
