Kalimpong boy named Rajaram Rai(18) arrested today in charge of raping a 8 year old child .The incident took place at Dante Gaun on Monday Morning. Today the case was reported to Kalimpong police by the family member of the victim after which the boy was arrested from his home by Police. The family has filed a complain against Rai who is said to have the crime with the minor at the field just below the culprit house.Police has charged section 376 and Sec 4 of POCSO Act 2012.He will be produced to court tomorrow.
