In favour of this point the organization has cited that in spite of the fact there is no SSC in the hills the same should be processed as per the existing procedure (DGHC) so that the problem due gets compounded . Speaking the media JSTO spokesperson Bishen Roka said that the organization raised voice for the adhoc teachers who have acquired favorable high court verdicts and have been given approval for appointment but there are still many who have not been accorded approval because of the absence of vacant posts.
