Train hits car near Bagdogra Four killed

Jalpaiguri (WB), Aug 25 (PTI) Four persons were killed and one was injured when a running train rammed into a car at an unmanned level crossing near Bagdogra in Darjeeling district tonight, the police said. The car, carrying five persons who were returning from a programme in Siliguri, was hit by a diesel multiple unit (DMU) at the level crossing in Gosai More leaving four persons dead instantaneously. The injured was admitted to North Bengal Medical College Hospital, the sources said adding the driver of the car was among the dead. PTI COR NN
