30 Dec, Gangtok : In one side the nation is bleeding due to demise of 23 years old New Delhi rape victim , where a massive nationwide protest hailed nailing the act as most barbaric in the chapter of humanity. Although the shameful incident did not stop there and within a span of week or so some incident of rape was reported in media which took place in various places in several states.
In the state of Sikkim rape according to the report are continuously buffing compared to any previous statistics, heaviest rate was registered in 2012 alone and thinkers have started brain storming what will be the report of 2013….??
In a fresh incident reported from a East Sikkim at Pakyong at place named Bharlang 14 years old minor was raped and dumped in a jungle by four teenagers according to Police FIR.
The child had went to nearby jungle to collect a fodder for a cattle , seeing the wee moment the culprits ravaged upon her, on next day the villagers rescued the child from the jungle..
According to report lodged in FIR and Police intervention two are arrested aged 19 and 18 years old, 2 are at large still and search is pressed is reported!!!
