Kalimpong,Mukesh Sharma: Two person including a father of a A 14-year-old minor in Kalimpong has been arrested in charges of raping a minor. The girl is a student of class 8 who today narrated the incident to her school teacher after which she contacted Bal Suraksha Abhiyan. The member of the NGO reached the school and bought the child to Kalimpong P.S and filed a complaint.Acting on the complaint police arrested the Girl father Ran Bd Rai(40) and Subash Rai(37). The girl has said that the father and the neighbour used to molest her from last two year.she gathering the courage narrated the incident after which both were arrested from 12 and half mile area.The girl has been sent for medical examination whereas both the culprit will be produced tomorrow to court.
