Graduate pass candidates, in any stream, may apply for the post of Auditor where Madhyamik Pass candidates with English Typing speed of 35 words per minute may apply for the post of Clerk.
Posts were in Sports Quota, candidates applying for any above post should have played sports for State or Central level. Played for or represented Universities, National games in State School team (with All India School Games Federation). Sports were—Badminton, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Basket ball, Carom, Chess, Cricket or Hockey.
Age should be between 18yrs to 32yrs as on 11-7-2011. Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates- 10yrs and for candidates of OBC category-8yrs.
Pay scale per month—Rs.5200-20200, Grade Pay—Rs.2800 (for the post of Auditor) and Rs.1900 (for the post of Clerk)
Vacancies (Sport’s wise):
Badminton/ Table Tennis: 10 Nos. (male-5; female-5) for Eastern zone
Volleyball/ Basketball: 10 Nos. (male-5; female-5)
Carom/ Chess: 10 Nos. (male-5; female-5)
Cricket/ Hockey: 15 Nos. (male-7; female-8)
Job will be on probationary for first 2 years.
In application form, write ‘N’ for Northern zone, “S” for Southern zone, “E” for Eastern zone (Kolkata, Siliguri, Patna, Guahati, Goa, Shillong, Tezpur, Dimapur, Ramgarh), “W” for Western zone and write “C” for Central zone.
For the post of Auditor, selection of candidates will be made through Written Test (General English and Arithmetic) and Interview.
For the post of Clerk, candidates will be selected through Comprehensive Test, Computer Typing Test and Interview.
How to apply: Application can be prepared on A-4 size paper as per given format. Along with application, candidates should enclosed the following documents—
- One recent pass port size photo pasted on application and self-attested on it
- Attested copies of Educational certificates, Birth/ Age proof certificates, Caste certificates and etc
- Two self-addressed envelope with required postal stamp
- Form-B (in support of sports) should be filled and signed by respective authorities.
