An awareness programme on banking loans was organised for the Self Help Groups st Sherpa Goan by the Centre for the Coooperative Management on Tuesday. The Chief Convenor of the Cooperative CB Roy, Lecturer Ratan Sen educated the gathering on the policies and regulations in obtaining loans theough the banks. Total numbe rof 43 representatives of the 10 SHGs participated in the daylong programme. A new SHG named ‘Grace’ was aslo formed with Indira Rai as the President and Rajani Mukhia as the team leader.
