The Gorkha Janmukti Yuwa Morcha will be observing its 5th foundation day on October 14 at Mt6 Hermon school ground in Darjeeling. The GJYM, General Secretary Priya Bardhan Rai said that the foundation was postponed to October 14 from 9 due to some technical problems. The celebration will be grand as the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Chief Bimal Gurung and all the GTA Sabhasads, the Municipality Chairmans; the MLAs will mark their presence.Apart from the celebrations, the day will also discuss on the future coure of actions said Rai. Steps for the strengethening of the organisation will also be talk about. The GJYM will also hold a short meeting with the GTA Chief informed Rai. He also informed about the joining of Bishal rai (tistey) who was on ban for the last four months due to his anti-party programmes.The kalimpong GJYM Publicity Secretary, Binay Ghising informing about the same today appealed all the GJYM members to be a part of the celebrations. Likewise, the kalimpong GJYM joint secretary, Barood Thapa also requested all the members to stick the sticker of their respective constituency and also to put the GJM flag on vehicles. The further plans of the GJYM will be announced that day, he added.
