The blaze reportedly broke out when a cooking gas cylinder exploded. Ghatani said the LPG cylinder exploded when no one was at home. The fire gradually engulfed the entire house to reduce the kitchen to ashes and considerably damaged the remaining rooms.
Ghatani told reporters everything, including valuables, was destroyed by the fire and estimated the damage around Rs12,000. Area panchayat representatives later provided relief materials to the affected family. (EOIC)
