Mukesh Sharma: Ramesh Chettri (35) who was arrested yesterday on charges of molestating a 9 year old class 4 student at Teesta was today produced in Kalimpong ACJM court amidst Tight Security. The accused was bought to Kalimpong via Gorubathan which an alternate route to Kalimpong beside N.H 31 A due to security measure.Meanwhile he has been booked under section 354 of IPC along with R/W section 8 of POCSO Act 2012. He was been produced before the court and is under 14 days of judicial remand.
