Darjeeling,DT, May 13: GJMM has registered its mandate officially for the first time after it had initiated Gorkhaland agitation on October 7, 2007. However, landslide victory was not expected for GJMM particularly considering the sympathy votes on ABGL for Madan Tamang and revival of GNLF in the hills. ABGL had expected considerable votes in Darjeeling and GNLF in Kurseong constituencies respectively but GJMM has swept in all three subdivisions, unswervingly proved their absolute majority in the hills.
