General Meeting on Social Organisation Formation at Majhitar

MAJHITAR 29TH NOV/SANJAY AGARWAL- a meeting was organized by Majhitar dwellers at the residential premises of Biray Majhi near to SMIT. The main objective behind the meeting was to form social organization at lower Majhitar dovetailing group approach with in the frame work of small organization for budding civics sense in individual & to enhance co-operative movement  to short out social problem & progression to wards desirability in focal areas.

The meeting was presided over by Tikaram Pradhan retired police inspector & resident of lower Majhitar

& conducted by Suresh Lama. Sizable number of people from the locality participated on the occasion together with Dr D.S Tewari,D.K Pradhan ,Smt Deoki Pradhan ,Bir Bdr Majhi,Maya Century ,Ranjana Subba & Bivek Century.

On the very out set of the meeting Dr. D.S Tewari welcome the entire participants to encompass all fanaticism in social endeavor. He also highlighted on the strength of togetherness in solving maximum social problem. He informed the house about the need of social organization in present context at lower Majhitar. Our newly form organization will act together with the vision & mission of our Honorable CM he added. After this Suresh Lama also expressed about the need of social organization in lower Majhitar He welcomes all the youth to come together for social reformation towards desirable direction & to uproot social evil will be our main target he added. After this the house resolved the following points-

President- Smt. Maya Century, Vice president-Biray Majhi

General Secy.-Rajesh Majhi, Treasurer- Purna Majhi

Advisory committee- Dr D.S Tewari, Suresh Lama T.R Pradhan,D.K Pradhan ,Bivek century& smt Deoki Pradhan.

Youth president- Biswa Gurung, Vice-president Youth- Harka Man Rai.

Audit committee on treasury of the samity – all the advisory committee members along with Ranjana Subba.At last president of the day & selected for newly form committee also addressed the gathering. Maya Century as new president assure all, to work sincerely for social cause irrespective of caste creed & classification. Lastly With the date of next meeting after fifteen days the meeting was over.
