Chandigarh: Gorkha Traning Center Shillong thrashed J.J. Institute of Soccer Bangalore by the huge margin of 19 goals to 2 G.T.C lads were in full cry right from the word go. Roshan Singh opened the account for G.T.C Shillong in the 45th second of play which is certainly the fastest goal of the tournament. It was just a cake walk for Gorkha lads today. Rober Metei scored 6 goals for his team including one hattrick. Noaba Meetei scored 5 goals for Gorkha Training Center including one hattrick, his second in the tournament. Md. Ajmir scored two goals for G.T.C. Shillong. Japis Singh also scored three goals for G.T.C. Shillong. Strong pillercom also scored two goals for G.T.C. Shiilong. Mehrn and Torry Luis of J.J. Bangalore were cautioned by the referee for their act of rough play.


In the second match of the day played at sector 17 football stadium, Mathya Pradesh Football Association thrashed Haryana Football Association by a big margin of 19 goals to 0. L. Nakul Singh of Madhya Pradesh Football Association scored 12 goals including two hattricks. Saifuddin scored three goals where as Chander Pal Singh scored one goal for M.P.F.A. Md. Danish scored 2 goals and Avinash Thakur scored one goal for M.P.F.A. Rahul of Haryana was cautioned by the referee and shown yellow card by the referee for deliberately handling the ball inside the penalty area.

Sahayatri Football Academy Howrah edge past Football Coaching Center Assam by the narrow margin of 1 – 0. Both the teams adopted cautious approach right from the word go. The play was confirmed to the mid field in the first half of play. Both the teams were locked at 0 – 0 at the breather. After the half time interval both the teams framed couple of good moves and raided one’s defense line at several occasions. The only goal for the winners was scored by the star striker of Sahayatri in the 71stminute of play off a superb grounder from just outside the penalty area. Arun Jyoti Khanakar, Chirnjeev Gogoi of Assam and Subhankar Sana of Sahayatri Howrah were cautioned by the referee and shown yellow cards for their involvement in the caution able offence.
