26-year-old Prabina Chettri of the 15 Mile, Dalapchand committed suicide by hanging herself at her house on 7:30 am in the morning today. As per the information of the Kalimpong police, deceased’s husband is a soldier in Assam rifles and they had quarrel over the phone at the previous night.
