Despite of Saturday being the haat (market) day in Kalimpong the traffic seemed to be at ease. This has been possible due to the campaign launched on Friday by the Kalimpong traffic department to tackle the traffic issues. Four wheelers which were parked at the parking place of two wheelers had cases registered against them. The traffic OC Praveen Gurung has appealed the drivers to cooperate with the department for success of the campaign. The department is now focusing on Harijan Road. The campaign has been launched under the leadership of the traffic OC.
