Mukesh Sharma: Santosh Chhetri(39) of Lamini gaw bhalukhop was arrested by Kalimpong Police today in charge of raping a 2 and half year old child .The incident took place at Dhobi Dhara this afternoon. Today the case was reported to Kalimpong police by the family member of the victim . The victim father is a labor who was working outside the house , the accused came and enter his house when the child was inside soon the father heard the baby crying when he entered he saw blood coming out from private part of the baby. Soon the incident spread like fire in nearby areas. The locals thrashed the culprit and later handed over the accused to Kalimpong Police. Meanwhile the baby is admitted to Kalimpong Hospital.
And what happens next??? Is the man still behind bars or will be freed after a couple of months. Why are these incidents reoccurring time and again in our hills??? These people are mentally unstable and should be isolated from our society, no mercy. No child will be safe. What a shame
