Multinational companies are cheating to the common consumers of the malli south Sikkim

RANGPO-15^TH NOV/SANJAY AGARWAL- How the multinational companies are cheating to the common consumers   the example is seen in the malli south Sikkim .according to the news the reliance communication has given the cell number of manoj Kumar gupta to the other persons without informing to Mr Gupta in the name of port change. according to the news Mr. manoj Kumar gupta of malli south Sikkim has purchased a new reliance smart connection  having connection number 98320-89620 on 16^th march 2005 .according to the  TRAI facility the subscriber wants to change his connection in airtel and for the same  he has applied on 25^th February and the sim was change into the airtel.again on 27^th October he wants to come back to reliance and has applied for the same via port and from the shop of rattan agarwal of malli he  has given the charges for the same and the said retailer has  provide the reliance sim .on first November  he received two sms from the reliance smart company regarding successfully activitation of the reliance sim.but when he has inserted the sim into the cell the sim doesn’t work .he has complained the matter  with the area distributer  via local retailer. And he requested to give some time for solution .in the meantime  one of the subscriber one of the friend has informed  that he has called in that number  and some other persons has receive the call. He has complained the matter with the zonal office .the zonal office  has informed that the said number was issued to another new subscriber.mr gupta requested him to restore his number but no any response was came from the zonal office.mr gupta claimed that due to this attitude of the reliance smart company he is facing financial loss of more then  rs five thousand per day   plus huge mental tension .according to Mr. gupta he has filed an FIR  at melli south Sikkim and within two days legal notice  may be sent to  the company via advocate  Manish jain.
