Kalimpong|Mukesh Sharma: The coordinator of the GJM northeast Suk Bahadur Rai has strongly voiced against the murder of the 16-years-old Pushpa Basnett at Manipur.
He also said that the GJM central committee has requested the Manipur government for the strict investigation of the case. Rai maintained that every month in Manipur the incidents repeat with the Gorkhas, highlighting the murder of Durga Adhikari that took place last month.
Deceased Pushpa was kidnapped by the Manipuris at the Kagla Tumbi Tispari St Marg, two days ago, and later was thrown to Marbi jungle. More than 60 thousands Gorkhas resides at Manipur and the government should provide them security.
