Trio clash in 41 No Nimbong Gitabling

After the declaration of the GTA election to be held in 9 seats under Kalimpong Sub Division, the Gorkha Janmukti Morcha will face the Trinamool Congress in 8 seats where as the 41 No Nimbong Gitabling shall witness the clash between the trio viz GJM candidate Kalyan Dewan, TMC candidate Bruno Lepcha and the Independent candidate Sancha Bir Subba.  

The people also have expected that the clash in the said constituency will be interesting. After the coming of the TMC in power in the State and the rift created between the TMC and the GJM on the High Power Committees report, the TMC have combined all the leaders of the opposition in the Hills and shall stand against the heavy weight GJM.

“We are contesting the election as to bring back democracy in Hills” said the TMC candidate Chewang Bhutia. He also appealed the people of the Hills to support the TMC for the overall development of the Hills.
