GTF reciprocates to Morcha’s allegations and comments

During the public meeting at Mela Ground, Kalimpong, the Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) President, Bimal Gurung had furiously spoke against the opposition leaders of the hills. Apart from him the other GJM leaders and MLAs have been repeatedly speaking against the oppositions. The Gorkhaland Task Force notwithstanding the allegations and comments delivered by the GJM has reciprocated. The GTF Coordinator, R Moktan speaking to the reporters today said that the Morcha to cover their flaws and failures is alleging the oppositions. Denouncing all the charges placed against the GTF, Moktan said that the Congress is using the GJM to fail the Trinamool government and make them unsuccessful. Also responding to the recommendations of GJM to the oppositions to come out on the streets instead of passing comments from a room, Moktan said that the oppositions definitely wants to come out with their programmes on the streets, but the administration under the GJM will never allow the oppositions to hold public meetings and programmes. “And if we are allowed, then stones are pelted in between our meetings. Our posters are torn by them”, added Moktan.The GTF Coordinator further alleged the Morcha of always delivering negative comments against the oppositions. He said that whenever they (the oppositions) give any advises to the Morcha then they (the Morcha) say, “We do not need to be taught”. Moktan also alleged the GJM of copying the GTF’s party programmes. “We have initiated our Gorkhaland agitation a year ago that too in the national level”, claimed Moktan.
