Out of the five Gorkha Janmukti Yuva Workers who were arrested on the charges of attacking the Trinamool leaders on Wednesday, two have been today sent to three days police remand while the other three have been sent to 14 days judicial custody. The five accused were produces before the ACJM Court today after which the magistrate Rana Dam issued the above orders. The two who have been sent to police remand are Dilip Paswan and Bijay Chettri. The others are Bikash Rumtel, Anil Chettri and Manoj Singh. It may be recalled that these five Yuva Morcha Workers were arrested yesterday night. The police have filed the case against them under section 147, 148, 149, 325, 326, 447 and 307 IPC.
