A dead body was recovered near a cow shed on Thursday at, Upper Panbu Gaon under Yagmayak GPU. The body has been identified as Narjit Bhujel (30), a resident of the said village.
During the course of investigation the Police found that the deceased’s wife Tika, is involved in an extra marital/ illegal relationship. The Police then nabbed Tika and he lover Bal Bahadur Bhujel. Tika and Bal Bahadur revealed that they had murdered Narjit, as he came to know about the illegal relationship. Narjit was attacked by his wife and her lover with boulders, which led to his death. Both the accused were produced before the Kalimpong Court today.
