Sukhiapokhri TMC,GNLF hold meetings

Trinamool Congress has formed a ward committee in Sukhay incorporating all the 10 wards of the Bazaar here. The meeting held under regional committee secretary Pemba Lepcha also discussed the issues relating to LS election and organizational activities. Nima Sherpa and Jony Khatri have been elected the president and secretary of the newly formed ward committee which has 20 executive members in total.

In the meantime Nagari Farm unit of GNLF Village Protection Cell held a meeting here. Sharing happiness over Subash Ghising’s return to the hills the speakers pledged to intensify the party activity saying the time has come to move ahead with full strength. (EOIC)
