Kalimpong, Mukesh Sharma: One Shiva Mangrati(29) of 12 mile serving as Civic Police here was arrested by Kalimpong Police with Contraband Substances . The arrested was made on friday around 9 pm when he was stopped in his bike with a bag. Police when searched his bag got 26 bottles of Cough Syrup, 3 stripes of Spasmo Proxyvon and 2 strip of Nitrosen 10 tablet. He have been booked under Drugs and Cosmetic Act and was forwarded to Kalimpong Court Yesterday.
