Imphal: Special General Body Meeting of Nepali Sahitya Parishad, Manipur was held yesterday at Charhajare Community Hall .
Prof (Retd) Durga Sharma, Associate Prof Dr TN Sharma HOD, Hindi Department, Presidency College Motbung, Asst Prof Dr HK Siwakoti, Anthropology Department, Presidency College, Motbung, RB Chapagain, President Gorkha Welfare Association, Manipur, LB Adhikari, president, All Manipur Gorkha Students Union, SL Karki, General Secretary, Bhartiya Gorkha Parisang, Manipur Branch, S Chapagai and RP Oli, ward members of Kanglatongbi Gram Panchayat, Bhadralal, President Gorkha Damai Samaj Manipur, R Rai, Secretary, Manipur Kirat Sangh, GS Acharya, Lecturer Johnstone Higher Secondary School, Imphal, BN Sharma, Research Officer, Planning Department attended the meeting presided by LB Basnet, president, Nepali Sahitya Parishad .
Draft and finalised constitution of the Nepali Sahitya Parishad was presented.
Plans and activities for the coming year were also discussed during the meeting, a press release said.
