South 24-Parganas Tourist Dies In North Bengal
Siliguri: A tourist from South 24-Parganas has died while holidaying with family at Kolakham in Kalimpong.
Deceased Binay Kundu had reached New Mal station by train from Kolkata today 10 May morning with wife and daughter. They then went to Kolakham on a hired vehicle and checked in a private resort there.

According to Kundu’s wife, soon after lunch, he complained of ill health. They rushed him to Malbazar Super Specialty Hospital where a doctor declared Kundu dead on arrival.
Police said that the dead body will be sent to Jalpaiguri District Hospital tomorrow for post-mortem. This is to ascertain whether his was a natural death or there has been some foul play.
Once the post-mortem is done, it will be handed over to the bereaved family that hails from Basanti in South 24-Parganas.
