Janmukti United Labour Welfare Organisation(JULWO) Kalimpong return to GJM

Kalimpong,Pradip Lohagun: The ‘Parwatiya Shramik Kalyan Sangathan’, which had been formed after members of the Janmukti United Labour Welfare Organisation withdrew from the Gorkha Janmukti Morcha accusing it of having deviated from the statehood demand today returned to the GJM fold again.

JULWO Kalimpong unit president DB Pradhan confirmed their return to the GJM. “We are dedicated towards Gorkhaland and not the GTA. The leaders should understand this,” he said,

Pradhan added the Parwatiya Shramik Kalyan Sangathan would be dissolved shortly once a meeting is held with its central committee. A joint conference between the GJM and JULWO was called at the Kalimpong sub-divisional committee party office where the latter announced its decision to remain affiliated to the GJM.

GTA Sabhasad Kalpana Tamang, who was present at the meeting, welcomed the decision and said the issue of Gorkhaland was the main reason for JULWO members’ returning to the GJM.
