Sikkim Pradesh congress committee east district general secretary Janga bir darnal has FIR against tej bir silal

RANGPO-16^TH OCT/SANJAY AGARWAL: Sikkim Pradesh congress committee east district general secretary  cum parties west Pendam constituency level  in charge  Mr. janga bir darnal Has  filed a complain and  FIR at Rangpo police station against west Pendam gram Panchayat committee Zilla Panchayat member Mr. tej bir silal ,Panchayat member named  Maya Devi Dahal of  Karmithang   along with thirty three others  alleging to threaten  to him not to enter in west Pendam   .according to  Mr. darnal   he has complained at Rangpo police station  on 2^nd October against   bhurung Panchayat member  cum secretary mr dilly ram khatiwada   regarding illegal collection of money in the name of  earthquake victims of north Sikkim  from bhurung  area .on 10^th October the  news came  in the newspaper   completely threatened to him not to enter into   west Pendam .signed by  thirty three members named  tez bir silal Panchayat Zilla,mrs maya devi Dahal  Panchayat members, kul Prasad dahal,yadhu Krishna sapkota,chabilal pandey, dhaaram prakash dahal. Durga Prasad Chettri, ghanshyam sapkota,prakash sapkota,Bhanu bhakta sapkota,puspa lal sapkota, rabden tshring bhutia,khus Narayan khanal,bal Krishna khanal,tika ram khaatiwada,rupendra Chettri,bhola dahal,Krishna kumaar chattri,teknath dungel,bal kumar silal,chabilal sapkota,chabilal sapkota,manoj sapkota,daya sagar ghimerey,tulsi dahal,kailash bhandari,arjun bhandari,ramlal darjee,phanindra dahal,bhim dahal,tika ram khanal,dronacharya,gangaram khanal, and  karma girmi bhutia   the letter completely threatens to him and his property  in future from the above named persons in  west Pendam area. In a FIR It is clarify that if any type of injury mentally or physically they said persons may responsible for such act. according to Mr. janga bir darnal   he is constituency in charge of the west Pendam constituency and  have to organise political meeting cum also have to attend in the social activity  in the area and some relatives is also in the said constituency so the said area is related to him .
