Kalimpong,Mukesh Sharma: A incident of Rape has been reported in kalimpong where A 15 years old student has been forcefully raped by one Bikram yogi (27) at Malli Labarbotey on Sunday afternoon.According to the incident the victim is the neighbor of Bikram who is a driver by profession.He picked the girl from 3 mile area and took him to the spot saying that his Vehilce has no fuel and he have to go to Highway for refueling.After the incident the Rapist Dropped the girl at Goskhan after which she reached her home and narrated the incident .When the driver reached his area the local caught hold of him and was manhandled.The girl filed a complain after which the police reached the spot at rausey and arrested the culprit.He has been booked under 376(i) and (ii) IPC and R/W Sec 4 of protection of children from sexual harassment Act 2012.Today he was forwarded to kalimpong court after which his bail plea has been rejected and sent to 14 days of judicial remand.
