1st Nagi Pokhari Tourism & Organic Festival 2014-15 - Zennyla Bhutia to promote

After Kapil Thapa and Remo Ghosh of the Indian Idol Season-4 fame, Femina Miss India Kolkata’s first runner-up Zennyla Bhutia from Gangtok has emerged as the next celebrity face to promote the 1st Nagi Pokhari Tourism & Organic Festival 2014-15.
The three-day tourism festival is slated to begin from December 31 and end on January 2 in Namthang, south Sikkim.
Speaking to the media, the 23-year-old beauty said, “I am proud to be part of this beautiful festival. I am grateful to the organisers for including me in such a wonderful occasion for promoting tourism and organic produce of Sikkim. However, due to personal commitments, I cannot attend the event. But I wish all the best to the Nagi Pokhari Tourism Development Committee for the success of this insightful festival. Hopefully, I will be able to make it next time.”
According to sources, the festival will showcase and promote the best of what Sikkim has to offer to the world in terms of art and culture, handloom, handicraft and fine arts, indigenous sports, cuisines and music, eco and adventure sports as well as the scenic natural beauty of the land. (HS)
