Yet another case of POCSO act have been recorded in Kalimpong just in a span of three days . A fresh case has been recorded a three year old girl rape. According to Incident Sadeep Gajmer (34) of Munsoong about 25 km from Kalimpong town yesyerday evening took the neighbor child to his house and have committed the offense there . The child went crying to her home but the parents did not understand the problem but today when the child was taken to munsong health center for check up the center confirmed of Rape and immediately refer the case to Kalimpong Sub divisional hospital later today. The mother filed a case against Gajmer at Munsong Police camp which informed the case to Kalimpong PS after which a team of Kalimpong PS reached Munsong this afternoon and arrested Gajmer. He has been booked under POCSO Act and will be forwarded to court tomorrow.
