penalty shoot-out in Moscow to reach the FIFA World Cup 2018
quarter-finals on Tuesday. Gareth Southgate’s team won 4-3 on spot-kicks
after the match finished 1-1 following extra time.at Spartak Stadium in
Moscow. Harry Kane handed England the lead from the penalty spot but
Yerry Mina scored late to level the scores. England will now take on
Sweden in the quarterfinals of the competition. It is the furthest
England has progressed in any tournament since the David Beckham era,
when a golden generation of players exited the 2002 and 2006 World Cups
