Kalimpong health department's fogging to prevent Japanese Encephalitis

The Kalimpong health department along with local administration have initiated a slew of preventive measures, including fogging, to prevent the spread of Japanese Encephalitis in the Sub division. The JE death in North Bengal region have alarmed all area where this have not entered.Taking prevention Kalimpong Heath ACMOH Dr lui,Gorkha Janmukti Yuwa Morcha cadre along with Kalimpong Municipality and Fire department taking help of the Army today fogged Malathion spray in Kalimpong hospital area, different ward. Apart from this a cleanliness drive was too done by youth wing cadre of GJM.Meanwhile the fogging drive was also done in the National Highway 31 A from Romphu to Lohapull area.The Health Department has already initiated such drive at Block 3 Gorubathan too.
