Kalimpong| Mukesh Sharma: 21-year-old Roshan Rai committed suicide by hanging himself with a rope nearby his residence at Lower Deorali on Wednesday. The police after the information reached the spot and sent the body to postmortem at the Kalimpong Sub Divisional hospital after which the body was handed over to the family members.
