Training imparted to officials deployed for election duty

Mukesh Sharma: Keeping in mind the forthcoming Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA) elections, all the Departmental officials deployed for the election duty were imparted training for the 2nd time at the Ram Krishna Rang Manch today. Training which was divided into 2 sessions at first educated the officials on the election procedures and later informed them about the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM). The officials also casted their votes today itself as they will be busy scrutinizing during the elections. During the training, the Sub Divisional Officer who is also the Returning Officer for the elections, LN Sherpa was also present.
